Waterproof Clothing: Reinvented. Protected Species are a UK based company selling women’s jackets hand crafted with the latest waterproof technology.
The Appearance
Protected species wanted to renovate their website to a lighter, simpler design. After a few trials and adjustments, we produced a new design to reflect their brand.
Load Times
A priority for Protected Species was to reduce the website page loads times as this was having a negative impact on conversions. We redeveloped the website using light weight coding techniques, ensured all of their images were optimised for web and loaded their website through a content delivery network.
Responsive Design
Protected Species were hoping to improve the user experience on mobile phones and tablets, particularly for the ecommerce pages. We carefully designed and reviewed these pages to make the checkout process as easy and user friendly as possible on all devices.
